4. Payment and Refunds
Full or partial payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of enrollment. Aspire Artist Academy does not offer a general or blanket refund policy. Any refund eligibility, along with the specific terms and conditions that apply to it, is set out in the individual Student Agreement executed by each student at the time of enrollment, and that agreement governs. Payment plans must be completed as agreed; non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Code of Conduct
By participating, you agree to treat instructors, mentors, and other students with respect; not engage in disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior; and use materials solely for personal educational purposes. Aspire Artist Academy reserves the right to remove students for violations. Any refund eligibility in these circumstances is governed by the student's Student Agreement.
6. Disclaimer
While Aspire Artist Academy aims to provide the tools and resources to help you succeed, individual results will vary. Aspire Artist Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or materials.
7. Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Aspire Artist Academy reserves the right to terminate access to our website or programs if these Terms are violated. Any refund eligibility in these circumstances is governed by the student's Student Agreement.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website or programs may include links to third-party websites or services. Aspire Artist Academy is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.
10. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, course, or service at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any legal action will be brought in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
